New Delhi: Over nine and a half lakh cadets of the National Cadet Corps (NCC), participated in the International Yoga Day on Sunday.
“The organisation created a record for the largest yoga performance with participation of 9,50,000 youth at 1,805 different venues, including Rajpath,” the ministry of defence said in a statement here on Monday.
“The cadets performed yoga at places including Leh, Arunachal Pradesh, Kanyakumari and in the islands of Andaman and Nicobar and Lakshadweep,” it said.
