Flood in 3 States Kills 70, Village Washed Away in Leh

Heavy rain has flooded large parts of Manipur



New Delhi:  At least 70 people have been killed in floods in three states, Bengal, Odisha and Manipur, because of rain in the aftermath of cyclone Komen. A flash flood this morning in Leh in Jammu and Kashmir has destroyed an entire village.
