Pakistan Violates Ceasefire in 4 Different Sectors Along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir

Pakistani forces violated the ceasefire in four different areas along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu & Kashmir on Sunday night, said army sources. There has been no casualty.

Firing across the LoC began around 9.30 pm in Krishan Ghati and Mandi in Poonch district, Balakot, and Palanwala sectors in Rajouri and Jammu respectively. Indian forces have opened retaliatory fire and the exchange of fire is still on.

The Pakistani forces are using small arms and automatic weapons.

On Saturday night, too, Pakistan Rangers had opened fire on and shelled 3 border outposts along the international border in Jammu’s Akhnoor sector.

Pakistan violated the ceasefire four times on July 29 and July 30 along the LoC.
