You may or may not remember your first day at school – the wrench you felt when daddy or mommy dropped you off, the thrill when they returned to pick you up. A day on your own in the big bad world sounds scary, right. Allow this little girl to remind you.
A YouTube video, which has been viewed over a million times since being posted on September 8, captures a toddler’s reaction as her dad comes to pick her up after her first day at school.
The footage shows the father filming her from afar as she reaches out towards a toy on a table too high for her. She then picks up a book and walks towards her teacher. By this time, her dad calls out: “Hey, baby girl”. And all hell breaks loose.
