The famously tight-lipped Rani Mukerji probably won’t confirm pregnancy rumours until after the stork has visited but her sister-in-law appears to have outed her, telling Mumbai Mirror that the actress is indeed expecting her first child with husband Aditya Chopra.
TV actress Jyoti Mukerji, who is married to Rani’s brother Raja, told Mumbai Mirror, “Yes, Rani is pregnant.” (Also Read: Rumour Has it That Rani Mukerji is Pregnant)
The article also claims that Rani, 37, is in her second trimester and that the baby is due in January.
Mumbai Mirror also says that Rani and Aditya are currently abroad, quoting a source as saying. “They returned to India last week after travelling in the UK for over a month but have taken off again, no one knows where.”
Rani is believed to have been spotted having a pre-natal massage while in London.
Rani married Aditya Chopra in Italy last April. Her most recent film appearance was 2014’s Mardaani.
