Srinagar: The Army today intercepted a group of heavily-armed infiltrators near the Line of Control in Tangdhar sector in Jammu and Kashmir in the early hours today, triggering a fierce gunbattle.
No casualties have been reported so far.
Last week, three soldiers and a terrorist were killed when an infiltration attempt was foiled by the Army in the same area in Kupwara district.
